You need a recognised project management qualification, but most training providers offer either a rushed five-day classroom course or a self-study pack with no support. Neither approach builds the understanding required to actually apply the methodology in the real world. This structured, blended learning programme combines official PeopleCert eLearning with live mentor sessions, giving you the accountability and practical insight needed to pass the exam and manage projects effectively.
This programme is for aspiring and practising project managers, team leads moving into formal delivery roles, and professionals seeking the internationally recognised PRINCE2 7 certification.

Your mentor is an active project manager, not just a classroom trainer. You benefit from over 30 years of delivery experience in every session. We use real scenarios from live projects, not sanitised textbook theory, and build structured accountability into the programme so you learn, apply, and discuss the material every week.

There are four options for this Foundation course. You will be invited to an interview to ask more questions and for us to confirm the course type and the commitment needed to be successful
The open course takes place Wednesdays at the following times
08:00 to 09:30 17:00 to 18:30
The learner will choose a session and will be asked to read the pre-learning and then be ready to work through the module for the week.

Price: £1500 including VAT
This is for companies that would like group training. Minimum learners 2, maximum 6 in a group.
We agree a day of the week and the sessions will attend online. The group will book their exam online and complete those online.

For companies that want group training but at pace. This takes 4 weeks and includes 2 weekly sessions

Price per learner: £2500 ex VAT
This will be for those learners that want 1-2-1 training. You will have 60 minute sessions on a day that suits you, subject to tutor availability over 8 weeks

For learners that want to take the course in a shorter period. This course will run over 4 weeks. You will have the same 60 minute sessions but twice a week.

This is for those that prefer to learn at their own place. You discuss your availability to work on the course. We will check in and if you do want to book tutor support, then you can do so for an extra fee.
